We’re wrapping up our hands-on chemistry unit with 2 more labs.  Rate of Solution Lab and Acid, Base or Neutral? lab templates attached below
The Six Characteristics of Liquid Solutions:
1. All solutions are made up of two or more substances.
2. All true liquid solutions are transparent (light can pass through).
3. Solutions stay mixed and do not settle.
4. Solutions are homogeneous.
5. A solute cannot be removed by filtering.
6. The solute cannot be seen even with a magnifying lens.
*Rate of Solution Lab templates attached below Activities: #1, #2, #3 with 3 separate graphs are required
