Students are responsible for creating 6 questions and with at least 2 foods for an interactive interview. Later students will enjoy a gallery style where half the class is interviewing their classmates in pairs then rotating. Students may bring in real food items to share with their classmates if they wish but this is optional. Those wanting extra challenge can choose Au Restaurant with a partner including a class performance.
