Dear students and parents and guardians, with limited time, we will complete parts of this unit only.
In this inquiry, we will explore what happiness means, its importance, and some of the different pathways to achieve happiness. Students will learn about positive psychology, research-based understandings about how the way we look at things changes how we feel about them, and actions we can take to help ourselves become happier. They will design a project to explore whether they can improve their own happiness.
